The Classikolic Military and Paramilitary Monthly Efficiency Ranking is an attempt by Classikolic to determine how well each of the arms of the Military and Paramilitary agencies in Nigeria performed each month using criteria like upgrades, training and retraining of personnel, public reports, personal observation, news from popular newspapers and online news portals and other minor factors.

The Nigerian Air Force(NAF) topped the list in the month of November and December of 2017 with their landmark achievement in the month. The Nigerian Air Force trained a good number of their personnel in and outside the country to be air combat worthy and sent out many more to be trained in air combat operations. The United States also approved the sale of the A29 Super Tucano aircraft to Nigeria to be used by NAF in its fight to end insurgency in Nigeria. NAF also reconfigure some of its trainers like the Aero L-39 Albatros for combat operation to add up to its aircrafts available for combat operations.
The Nigerian Police(NPF) are the bottom of the park for the month of November and December. This months saw a heavy online campaign hashtagged #EndSars launched against the Special anti-Robbery Squad(SARS) a division of the Nigerian Police Force. SARS were accused by many Nigerians online with many video evidence of Jungle Justice and extrajudicial killing, incessant dishonouring of their fundamental human right, extortion, prying into people's personal life by checking their phones without their consent, unlawful detention of innocent citizen, favoritism, unprofessional dressing and conduct and other illegal acts.
The Nigerian Customs Service are the second best security outfit in the two months and the Nigerian army came third.
