Serbia will get MiG-29 "Fulcrum" Fighter Jet before year end as Russia speed up the delivery plans, Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Director Dmitry Shugaev said Wednesday.
Apart from the 6 MiG-29, Serbia will be taking delievery of 30 T-72s tanks and 30 BRDM-2 armored reconnaissance Vehicle to Belgrade as part of a military aid package.
The aid package was initiated in November of 2016 according to Moscow official. The Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Deputy Director Anatoly Punchuk said the Fighter jets will most likely be delivered in Spring 2017 as part of a military and technical cooperation assistance program between the two state.
MiG-29 Fighter Jet is currently used in 29 countries and is one of the best jet in the World.
