United State and China currently occupy the exclusive league of states with 5th Generation/Stealth Fighter Jet but Russia is warming up to launch itself into this league with the Su-57 (also known as T-50 or by its program name PAK-FA — Perspective Aviation Complex of Frontline Aviation) development program progressing beyond public expectations.
The 5th Generation T-50 is designed by the Russian Sukhoi aircraft manufacturer as part of the next generation fighter program of the Russian Aerospace forces.
The Su-57 is a twin-engine, single-seat, multi-role fighter jet with advanced avionics system and airborne active phased array radar which will be able to sight target in the air, on land and on the surface and can also destroy targets even in the rear hemisphere.
The catapult chair of the Su-57 will be able to save the pilot at any altitude, even from the ground.
